Milena Leticia Roucka (born October 25, 1979) is a Canadian former model and current professional wrestler of Czech and Costa Rican descent. She is currently signed to World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) working on its ECW brand as Rosa Mendes, as well as training at its developmental facility Florida Championship Wrestling.
